been here before in the past. I have one request from mom to get some of her medications here and that is the only real thing on the agenda besides swim diapers for Oscar. As we come off the boat, I find a pharmacy and then realize that I didn't bring any of my US

that there is a pharmacy here where we get to use the debit card to get mom's medicine and the diapers, so that works out well. We walk down the street and return to the rug store where we fell in love with a rug several years ago, but were too poor to afford. We don't fall in

thinks that the benches that are sloped are slides and scoots himself up and down them making his shorts absolutely filthy. We walk around some more and find some places where the surf is climbing the rocks, but head back to the ship for lunch and nap time. I
would normally not want to return to the boat so soon, but Cozumel is a place that I can give up and next time we're going to have to climb out of the box and actually plan a taxi ride to a cool place on the island instead of just walking up and down the shopping hub.
After nap time we got to watch the boat leave port and that was a lot of fun with snacks on the deck. Oscar gets to go to guppies play group time and John heads down to the casino, because only one of us has to be present with him. I finally get to see how he interacts with other kids because I never sit and watch him at daycare. There is one kid that wants to play with whatever Oscar is
playing with and Oscar will just turn away and find something else to play with. He apparently is not bothered by kids that want to take over and just moves on, which seems like a good way to be when you're handling toddlers. We went to the dining room again, but this time John had to leave with Oscar before his steak ever got there and he and Dave got to have dinner a deux while Julie and I took the kids up to the
buffet. Oscar was off his game the rest of the night, but did manage to sit still through the standing room only showing of the "Uptown" show which did some great music including homages to Motown, Prince, and added some Bruno Mars in there. It was a good show and the night was only marred by awakening at 3am to find Oscar throwing up all over his bed, him, our bed and every towel, almost all the pajamas, and every sheet, pillow in the cabin....so much for playing in a toddler group. Luckily, we don't dock in Belize until 10am and we can see how he is doing then....
